Art Work Details
Camera Ready:
B&W laser prints: color separations required.
All screens (halftones) must be printed at a line screen of
45 lpi and
between 15% to 65%. Image(s) must be very clean, crisp and
clear;
no "fuzzy" or jagged edges.
Digital Files:
We can accept Mac and PC files, but all files must be compatible with the formats and programs listed to the right. Please follow our specific instructions for each program, this will ensure the best quality. Any screen (halftones) must be between 15% and 65% (they will be printed on a 45 lpi (Line screen).
Acceptable Digital Formats
Adobe Illustrator: (up to ver. CS2)
Convert ALL type to “outlines”. Send ALL supporting files for
images you have placed or used in the document (scans, logos,
etc.)
Photoshop: (up to ver. CS2)
For Spot Color Printing: Color separated files at a resolution
of 300 dpi or higher are acceptable.(Lower resolution will cause
a fuzzy and jagged edge). If you have a multi color design we
prefer vector lineart from illustrator.
For Spot Process: Images at a resolution of 300 dpi or larger
than the finished printing size. We can reprocess a CMYK image
to RGB and use a simulated process using primary colors. (For

TIFF / JPEG files are acceptable.
